Jasmine Pearls

In the spring the young leaf tips are plucked and hand-rolled into pearls. A few months later the pearls are scented with fresh jasmine blossoms five times.

The steeped tea yields an intense, slightly sweet floral flavor. Be sure to re-infuse this popular tea from Fujian, China at least 3 times or more!
