Green Tea Tour

Often people think of green tea as just “green tea,” but there is a wide range of green tea types from mild and sweet to bold and savory. In this Green Tea Tour, you’ll learn:

• the history of green tea
• how Chinese and Japanese green teas are processed differently
• how this processing affects the aroma and flavor of the teas
• how to properly steep green tea

During the class, you’ll taste 5-6 teas and learn how to make tasting notes for each one. The class is 1-1 ½ hours and will take place at the tea bar. The cost is $30 and includes treats.
