Genmaicha

This one of our favorite green teas and a great choice if you're new to drinking green tea. We love the aromatic blend of lightly steamed tea leaves and roasted rice. Genmaicha is one of Japan's most popular teas and is enjoyed for its toasty aroma as well as its nutty flavor.

Ingredients: japanese green tea, roasted rice [Note: this tea and blended ingredients are grown and processed organically, but because our facility is not organic certified, we cannot label it as organic.]

Preparation:
Water Temperature: 170-180° F
Steep time: 1-1.5 minutes
Suggested serving size: 1 tsp/8oz of water
